Description
This color print features the Lincoln Memorial during the winter, with people ice skating on the reflecting pool and walking up the steps of the Memorial. Trees and bushes are on either side and in front of the Memorial, and there is snow along the sides of the reflecting pool and on the Memorial's steps. The artist's signature is in the bottom left corner. "Winter - Lincoln Memorial, Washington, D.C." is printed below the image on the left, and "Painted for United Air Lines by Millard Sheets" is printed on the right.
