Description
This painting by artist Lloyd Ostendorf depicts President Abraham Lincoln handing a small signed portrait to Lucy Bates, the young girl in the blue dress. Another man, presumably Lucy's father, stands behind them observing. The room's walls are pink and the curtains are green. The artist's handwritten label identifies this illustration as cover art for the February 8, 1981, issue of Leisure Magazine.
