Description

This oval portrait of Civil War-era Indiana governor Oliver P. Morgan depicts him from the shoulders up facing the viewer. He has thin brown hair and a thick brown moustache and goatee. Morgan is wearing a black suit with vest, black bow tie, and a white collared shirt with gold buttons. The background is a dark brown wash. The painting is unsigned.
