Description
This color poster advisertised Samuel McClure's new "Life of Abraham Lincoln with 300 pictures" that was to be published in McClure's Magazine beginning with the November 1895 issue. At the top of the poster is the name McClure's in very large font. Under that is an illustration of a beardless Abraham Lincoln against a bright orange background. In the viewer's lower left corner of the image are the names of the artist's involved: Corwin-Knapp-and Linson with the date. Beneath the illustration is the title and a description of the book.
