Description
This poster is an advertisement for an issue of Collier's Magazine and features an engraving done from Gutzon Borglum's heroic size sculpture study of the head of Abraham Lincoln without the beard he wore during his years as president of the United States. The issue of Collier's being advertised includes the beginning of a new series titled "The American Tradition" which is described in the paragraphs of text below the image.
