Description
This color print features the Abraham Lincoln: Hoosier Youth statue sculpted by Paul Manship and placed in front of the Home Office of the Lincoln National Life Insurance Company in Fort Wayne, Indiana, in 1932. The statue was created to represent Abraham Lincoln during the years that he lived in Indiana as a youth from 1816 to 1830. The statue features Lincoln seated on a log with his left hand resting on the head of his dog while holding a book in his right hand and resting it on the handle of his axe.
