Description

This print features a framed bas relief right profile of President Abraham Lincoln in an oval frame reading "Malice Toward None with Charity for All. The printed text of Lincoln's Gettysburg Address given at the dedication of the National Cemetery at Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, on November 19, 1863, is placed on the bottom half of the page. The printed profile is done from a photograph taken on Feburary 9, 1864, in Washington, D. C. A log cabin illustration and a facsimile signature separate the portrait from the text.
