Description

This print depicts the artist's modern day conception of the wedding of Abraham Lincoln and Mary Todd. The wedding occurred on November 4, 1842, in the parlor of the home of Mary Todd's older sister, Elizabeth Edwards with the Episcopal Reverend Charles Dresser officiating.
