Description

This figurine depicts the Woodford County Courthouse in Metamora, Illinois. The courthouse's steeple is painted red and gray, while the roof is painted brown. The sides of the courthouse are painted red with two rows of gray windows on the front and side facades. The front of the courthouse has a covered porch that is supported by four pillars. On the front roof facade is the year 1844. In front of the pillars is an indentation. The metal figurine sits on a rectangular base that is painted green. On the PR side of the base is lettering that reads, "WOODFORD CO COURTHOUSE." On the front of the base the lettering reads, "METAMORA ILL." On the PL side of the base, the lettering reads, "AN ABRAHAM LINCOLN SHRINE." The building part of the figurine can be removed from the rest of the piece.
