Description
This tinted lithograph depicts the Second Battle of Bull Run which occurred in Virginia on August 30th, 1862. Union soldiers are pictured on the left side and foreground of the image. The Confederate soldiers are pictured in the middle ground. Several injured or dead soldiers from each side are on the ground. Smoke from the Union cannons fill the area between the two regiments of soldiers. The title is printed in the tan border surrounding the image.
