This wall calendar features the story of the Republican Party and its achievements through twelve original illustrations by Charles McVicker with quotations and educational dissertations related to each picture. The titles of the illustrations and topics of the dissertations are: January -- Emancipation Proclamation, February --Lincoln's Second Inaugural, March --Republican Presidents, April -- Panama Canal, May -- International Peace, June -- Conservation, July -- Free Enterprise, August -- Labor, September -- Republican Birth, October -- The Campaign, November -- Transportation, December -- Education. An introductory letter from the 1966 chairman of the National Republican Congressional Committee and an order form accompanied the calendar.
