This color lithograph features left profile portraits of Presidents Abraham Lincoln, James Garfield, and William McKinely in addition to the calendar for the year 1903. The company name is at the top on a green background. The portraits appear on a red background within a rectangular, decorative floral frame. The 12-month calendar is below the portraits in the center with the names of the company officers to the viewer's left and financial company statistics printed to the viewer's right.
